Coco’s place feels like a hidden gem. The unit has direct access to the beach. The neighborhood is very walkable and in close proximity to stores, bars and restaurants. The photos don’t do the place justice. The unit is tastefully decorated and felt more spacious than pictured. Coco’s attention to detail is amazing! She put a lot of thought and effort into making the unit feel cozy & inviting. Coco left clear instructions which made checking in and out of the unit seamless. Coco was easy to reach and very responsive throughout our stay. We enjoyed our stay and I’d definitely stay at Coco’s again when visiting Isla Verde.

We had an amazing 2-night stay in Isla Verde! The apartment was extremely clean and beautifully remodeled with a modern contemporary style. Honestly, there was nothing you could think of for comfort and convenience that was missing. The apartment had everything — washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook, beach chairs, a cooler for guests to use, and an absolutely spectacular ocean view. You can really tell the hosts thought about every detail to make the stay comfortable. The building itself is a little older/outdated, but once you walk into the apartment it is completely different — like stepping into a brand new luxury space. The location was perfect with direct beach access, jet skis nearby, chair rentals, and kiosks for drinks and snacks right on the beach. We truly loved our stay and would definitely come back again! The building was a little out of date compared with the apartment but just because you asked we will definitely rented again it did not affect that we will picked again.

Coco’s home is overall the most comfortable worldwide Airbnb experience my husband and I have ever had. The level of attention to detail to meet every possible need or want, as well as the supreme cleanliness was mind blowing at this Airbnb - it’s literally ON the beach and yet not one speck of sand! Everything in the unit was high quality- bedding, furniture, appliances, decor, washer/dryer- there was even a hair straightener and margarita blender! We loved the balcony, but were also able to enjoy the view from virtually every inch of the home. The location and building amenities were supreme. El Cafecita, in the lobby serves excellent coffee and delicious sandwiches, and Mint, the bar, is such a nice thing to have right there in the building. Lastly, the building is extremely secure with such nice people working there. It’s nice to know where exactly we’ll be staying for all our San Juan visits!

Absolutely beautiful condo, stunning ocean views. Wish I could’ve stayed forever. ESJ building is a little run down but I knew that going into it, had absolutely no impact on the condo or our stay. I’m there for the condo not the building. Also had a great workout facility. All staff were very helpful and friendly the entire time. Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

My friends and I had a great stay at Coco’s! We were very happy to see the airbnb looked identical to the pictures in the listing and was spotless. We appreciated many of the amenities (aloe, snacks, drinks, fruit, bathroom products, beach bag, speaker, etc.) which made our trip that much smoother and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend other folks to pick this stay, especially if you are looking for a location with quick and easy access to a beautiful beach you can tan and swim at! Thank you Coco!
